1. 30 天退貨申請 / 30-day return requests

除適用法律另有規定外,您可在收到商品後 30 天內提出退貨申請。一般退貨商品應保持未使用、未損壞,並盡可能附上原包裝、配件及購買證明。為檢查商品所必要的開箱,不會因此影響依法享有的權利。

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving the item. For a general return, the item should be unused and undamaged and, where reasonably possible, include its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Opening an item as reasonably necessary to inspect it does not limit statutory rights.

2. 台灣消費者 7 日解除權 / Taiwan statutory 7-day cancellation right

寄送至台灣的通訊交易,消費者依法可自收受商品後起算的法定期間內,以退回商品或書面通知方式解除契約,無須說明理由或負擔依法不應負擔的費用,但法律所定合理例外情形除外。Lume 的一般銷售目前不主張屬於該等例外。若因超出檢查商品所必要的使用而造成商品價值減損,將依適用法律處理。

For eligible distance sales delivered to Taiwan, consumers retain the statutory right to cancel by returning the item or sending written notice within the legally required period after receipt, without giving a reason or bearing charges that the law places on the merchant, subject only to legally recognized exceptions. Ordinary Lume sales are not currently treated as an excluded category.

3. 如何申請 / How to request a return

請先寄信至 team@owlnestofficial.com,提供訂單編號、訂購信箱、退貨原因(法定無理由解除不強制提供)及商品照片(如為破損、瑕疵或寄錯)。我們會提供退貨確認、適用的寄送標籤或費用說明,以及正確退貨地點。請勿未經確認直接寄回 Shopify 設定地址或其他地址。

Email team@owlnestofficial.com with the order number, order email, the reason if you choose to provide one, and photos for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will provide authorization, any applicable label or cost instructions, and the correct return destination. Do not send a return to a Shopify settings address or another address without instructions.

4. 取消預購 / Preorder cancellations

訂單進入出貨準備前,可寄信申請取消。若取消完成,我們會將該訂單已收取的商品價款及運費退回原付款方式。若已出貨,則依本政策的退貨程序辦理。

You may request cancellation before an order enters shipping preparation. If completed, collected product and shipping charges for that order will be refunded to the original payment method. After dispatch, the return process in this policy applies.

5. 破損、瑕疵或寄錯 / Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

收到商品後請儘快檢查。若商品破損、有瑕疵或與訂單不符,請保留商品、包裝與照片並儘快聯絡我們。我們會依情況提供更換、退款或其他適當處理,相關必要退運費用由我們負擔。

Please inspect the order promptly. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, keep the product, packaging, and photos and contact us as soon as possible. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy and cover necessary return costs.

6. 退貨運費 / Return shipping costs

依法由商家負擔的退貨、破損/瑕疵/寄錯商品,必要退運費用由我們負擔。其他在 30 天政策下核准的自願退貨,直接退運費用原則上由顧客負擔;我們會在寄回前清楚說明。任何費用安排均不限制消費者的強制性法定權利。

We cover necessary return costs where required by law and for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For another voluntary return accepted under the 30-day policy, direct return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility and will be explained before shipment. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. 換貨 / Exchanges

如需不同數量或替換商品,請先聯絡我們。視庫存與訂單狀態,我們可能安排直接更換,或先完成退貨後再建立新訂單。

Contact us if you need a different quantity or replacement. Depending on inventory and order status, we may arrange a replacement or ask you to complete a return and place a new order.

8. 退款時間 / Refund timing

退貨商品收到並完成必要檢查後,我們會通知審核結果。核准退款將退回原付款方式,通常由我們在 10 個工作天內送出;PayPal、銀行或發卡機構另需的入帳時間不在此期間內。依法應一併退還的原始運費或其他款項,將依適用法律辦理。

After a returned item is received and reasonably inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days from our approval. PayPal, banks, or card issuers may need additional posting time. Original shipping or other amounts will be refunded where required by applicable law.
