1. 可配送地區 / Available destinations
目前 Shopify 結帳開放台灣與美國。若結帳頁無法選擇您的國家或地區,代表目前尚未開放配送。
Shopify checkout is currently available for Taiwan and the United States. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, shipping is not yet available there.
2. 預購履約時間 / Preorder fulfillment
Owlnest Lume 預計自 2026 年 7 月 20 日起依訂單順序開始履約。這是開始處理與出貨的日期,不是保證送達日。若時程有重大變動,我們會以訂單電子郵件或官網公告通知。
Owlnest Lume fulfillment is scheduled to begin July 20, 2026, in order sequence. This is the start of processing and dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date. Material schedule changes will be communicated by order email or an official website update.
3. 運費 / Shipping charges
適用運費與免運門檻會依收件地點及訂單內容計算,並在付款前清楚顯示。顧客完成付款前可確認最終運費。
Applicable shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are calculated from the destination and order contents and are displayed before payment.
4. 預估配送時間 / Estimated transit time
訂單交付承運商後,台灣與美國的標準配送通常約需 7–10 個工作天。此為預估時間,不包含預購等待、訂單處理、海關查驗、例假日或不可控制的延誤。
After dispatch to the carrier, standard delivery to Taiwan and the United States is generally estimated at 7–10 business days. This estimate excludes preorder waiting time, order processing, customs review, holidays, and delays outside our control.
5. 關稅與進口費用 / Duties and import charges
結帳時已顯示並收取的稅費會列於訂單中。若目的地政府、海關或承運商另行收取未於結帳代收的關稅、進口稅或處理費,原則上由收件人負擔,但當地法律另有規定者除外。
Taxes collected at checkout are shown in the order. Destination duties, import taxes, or handling fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient unless applicable law provides otherwise.
6. 地址與聯絡資料 / Address and contact details
請在付款前確認姓名、地址、郵遞區號、電話與電子郵件正確。若需更改地址,請盡快從訂單電子郵件聯絡我們;訂單進入處理或出貨後可能無法修改。因顧客提供錯誤或不完整地址而產生的重新寄送費用,可能由顧客負擔。
Please verify the recipient name, address, postal code, phone number, and email before payment. Contact us promptly from the order email if a change is needed. Changes might not be possible after processing or dispatch. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.
7. 追蹤與延誤 / Tracking and delays
如有追蹤號碼,我們會透過訂單電子郵件提供。承運商、海關、天候或其他不可控制因素可能造成延誤;我們會協助查詢,但無法保證承運商的實際送達時間。
When tracking is available, it will be provided by order email. Carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control can cause delays. We will assist with reasonable tracking inquiries but cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
8. 遺失、破損或錯誤商品 / Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
若追蹤顯示異常、包裹破損或收到錯誤商品,請保留外箱、商品與照片,並盡快聯絡我們。我們會依個案及適用法律協助處理。
If tracking is abnormal, a parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item is received, keep the package, product, and photos and contact us promptly. We will assist based on the circumstances and applicable law.
