1. 適用與同意 / Agreement

本商店由 Owlnest Official 經營。瀏覽網站、使用服務或完成訂購，即表示您同意本服務條款、隱私權政策、退貨與退款政策及運送政策。若不同意，請勿使用本商店。

This store is operated under the trade name Owlnest Official. By browsing the website, using the services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Return and Refund, and Shipping Policies.

2. 商品資訊 / Product information

我們會盡力正確呈現商品、價格、規格、庫存與圖片；顯示顏色可能因裝置而有差異。Owlnest Lume 為一般消費性照明商品，不是醫療器材，也不提供疾病診斷或治療。

We aim to present product descriptions, prices, specifications, availability, and images accurately. Displayed colors can vary by device. Owlnest Lume is a consumer lighting product, not a medical device, and is not offered to diagnose or treat any condition.

3. 訂單與付款 / Orders and payment

送出訂單代表提出購買要約。訂單經付款授權並由我們確認後成立。如遇價格錯誤、疑似詐欺、庫存不足、無法配送或其他合理原因，我們得拒絕或取消訂單，並退還已收款項。請確認收件、聯絡與付款資料正確。

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorization and our confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, delivery restrictions, or another reasonable cause, in which case collected amounts will be refunded.

4. 價格、折扣與費用 / Prices, discounts, and charges

商品價格、折扣與促銷以結帳時顯示為準。運費與可由商店代收的稅費會在付款前顯示。目的地依法另行收取且未於結帳代收的關稅、進口稅或手續費，可能由收件人負擔。

Product prices, discounts, and promotions are those displayed at checkout. Shipping and any taxes collected by the store are shown before payment. Destination duties, import taxes, or handling charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

5. 預購、運送與交付 / Preorders, shipping, and delivery

Owlnest Lume 預計自 2026 年 7 月 20 日起開始履約。運送時間為估計值，可能受承運商、海關、天候或不可控制因素影響。完整資訊請參閱運送政策。

Owlnest Lume fulfillment is scheduled to begin July 20, 2026. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.

6. 取消、退貨與退款 / Cancellations, returns, and refunds

取消、退貨、瑕疵品與退款依退貨與退款政策辦理。任何條款均不限制消費者依法享有的強制性權利。

Cancellations, returns, defective items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. 正確使用 / Proper use

請依商品說明與使用手冊使用商品，不得將網站或商品用於違法、侵權、詐欺或危害他人之目的。

Please use products according to their instructions and manual. You must not use the store or products for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

8. 智慧財產權 / Intellectual property

網站的商標、文字、圖片、設計與其他內容，除另有標示外，均屬 Owlnest Official 或授權人所有。未經書面同意，不得重製、散布或作商業利用。

Store trademarks, text, images, designs, and other content are owned by Owlnest Official or its licensors unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

9. 第三方服務與 Shopify / Third-party services and Shopify

本商店使用 Shopify、PayPal 及其他服務商提供結帳、付款或網站功能。商品交易直接發生於您與 Owlnest Official 之間；第三方服務另受其條款與隱私政策約束。

This store uses Shopify, PayPal, and other providers for checkout, payment, or website functions. Product sales are directly between you and Owlnest Official. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. 隱私 / Privacy

個人資料的蒐集與使用依本商店隱私權政策辦理。

Collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. 責任與法定權利 / Liability and statutory rights

在法律允許範圍內，我們不對超出可合理預見範圍的間接或衍生損失負責。本條不排除依法不得排除的責任，也不影響消費者的法定權利。

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses beyond what was reasonably foreseeable. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affect statutory consumer rights.

12. 準據法與條款更新 / Governing law and changes

本條款以台灣法律為準據法，但不排除消費者所在地適用的強制性消費者保護規定。我們可能依法更新條款；重大變更會以合理方式通知。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. We may update these Terms as permitted by law and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
